Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases from Kell & Collins but if not, we will be happy to offer a full refund within 14 days, as long as you return it to us unused and in its original condition with its original packaging.

You will need to notify us of your wish to return within this 14 day period by contacting us by email.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. Once returned good are received, we will arrange to refund you the cost of the goods and the ‘standard delivery’ cost only, if you paid any special delivery costs unfortunately this is not covered.                       

Some of our products are vintage and may show signs of ageing. We try to show clear photos of any signs of wear, but this is not always possible.

Any damages caused during transit should be photographed and reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you contact us by email at Info@kellandcollins.com

If the item you purchased is faulty or does not work properly, or you think the item was not as described, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.


If you haven't yet received a refund when we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid and not the amount the item was listed for.

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Exemptions to online returns:

A refund will not be offered if any seals on wrapping have been broken, this also includes a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons, goods that have been mixed inseparably after delivery and if the item has been purchased as part of a set. 

Exchanges:
